Some companies have a product but not the plant to make it. That is where the production is ours: we develop it, standardise it and manufacture it in series — with the same finish on the first unit and the thousandth — ready to sell under their own packaging and brand.

A broad machine fleet widens what can be produced; a UV finishing line over twenty-five metres long holds an even finish that few plants match at scale.

How it works

From sample to pallet.

The process is the same for a company that wants to outsource its production as for one that needs to develop a product from scratch.

    Development

    The product is taken — a drawing, a prototype or a sample — and how it is made in series is defined: materials, cuts, hardware and timings.

  2. 02

    Prototype

    The first unit is produced and adjusted until it comes out as it should. Nothing goes into series production without an approved unit.

  3. 03

    Standardisation

    Dimensions, tolerances and finish are fixed, so that unit number one thousand is identical to the first.

  4. 04

    Production

    It is manufactured in batches, with control between them so that colour and finish do not drift.

  5. 05

    Packaging and dispatch

    It is packed with the client's own packaging and brand, ready to sell or export.

Export

Manufacture in Argentina, sell abroad.

We produce for companies abroad looking for a manufacturing partner outside Asia. It is manufactured in Argentina — with our own inputs, imported ones, or materials supplied by the client under a toll-manufacturing arrangement — and what comes out is Argentine-made, with its certificate of origin.

For a company abroad that means producing within Mercosur, with a consistent standard and traceability, and exporting under its own brand. Donner has already delivered projects in nine countries of the Americas.

What we always get asked.

What is contract manufacturing or private label?

It is producing another company's product so that it can sell it under its own brand. The company brings the product and the brand; Donner brings the plant, the process and the production. It is also known as private label or OEM.

Can I send my own material for you to manufacture?

Yes, that is toll manufacturing: the client supplies the raw material and we provide the plant, the labour and the process. We also work with our own or imported material, whichever suits.

Is there a minimum quantity?

There is no fixed number. What decides whether it makes sense is that the product justifies standardising the process: from there, the greater the volume, the better the unit cost.

Does the product ship with my brand and packaging?

Yes. It is delivered packed with the client's packaging and labelling, ready to sell or export. To the end buyer, the product is the client's.

Do you manufacture for companies abroad?

Yes. We produce in Argentina for companies abroad looking for a manufacturing partner outside Asia. We have already delivered projects in nine countries of the Americas.

If the material is imported, is the product Argentine?

Yes, when it is substantially transformed at the plant. What comes out is an Argentine-made product, with its certificate of origin, produced within Mercosur.

Do you develop the product, or only manufacture what already exists?

Both. We can start from a drawing, a prototype or a sample, and also from an idea that has to be turned into something producible in series. Nothing goes into production without an approved first unit.
